B&L Construction was approached by Glen and Elsie in January 2020 to do an estimate on their Master Ensuite and attached closet. The job was an extensive remodel with several elements that required alot of planning prior to starting. We got started in late April and were able to navigate through inspections relatively easily considering all the changes with Covid 19. This beautiful ensuite boasts infloor heating in the entire floor and even inside the shower itself. The custom shower features same side double shower valves, a 12×20 niche, tiled ceiling, natural lighting as well as a 4″ LED pot light, custom diamond finish 10mm glass, flat pebble floor and quartz curb top. The tile is a HD polished porcelain. When you walk thru the door you’re instantly WOW’d. If the shower didn’t do it for you then to each side upon entry there are his and hers custom 36inch vanities each with its own bank of drawers, uptown grey quartz tops with backspalsh and undermount sinks….still not enough? Brice is passionate about his work. His attention to detail is excellent and his ability to translate our thoughts into a finished product is outstanding.
Every night the job area was cleaned, and tools packed up and out of the way. He was very respectful of our living space.
The complexity of our project required working every weekday for almost five weeks. We got to know Brice during that time. He has a great sense of humour, and we enjoyed welcoming him and his sunny disposition into our home every morning. The job was completed a few days ahead of schedule.
What we have now is jaw dropping. Our bathroom/walk in closet is beyond our expectations. We could not be happier.
